I have two versions of a page online and would like to target different browsers to use different versions. The fixed background image on one breaks in Firefox Windows and IE 8 or less. The more advanced page uses a fixed background image in the footer so that the page scrolls behind the image, which has a z-index. Works fine in IE9, up-to-date Firefox on OS X, Safari, Opera and Chrome. I would like to allow this page to be viewed by the most current browsers and refer others to the less exciting page. Inspired by Zen Garden's "Under the Sea". Please help.
