Opera mini in google analytics

Hi we run google analytics and it shows 20% use Opera Mini

My question is are these all running mobile devices?

Yes, opera mini is a mobile browser. But not all mobile users use opera mini. iOS users use safari and Android its own browser. Generally. Though a lot of people would download Firefox mobile and opera mini
