Help importing sql file

The import tab in phpmyadmin says no file have been selected when I try to import ruff.sql.

ruff.sql was produced by the export tab in phpmyadmin and files were highlighted for the export process.

ruff.sql is 4.7M.

Any ideas?

The error was referring to the db i needed to create before I imported. The error said database, but I was thinking table.

That solved the problem.
