Looking for FTP client with the following feature...

The client should stay connected, and have a floating "Upload" always on top button, when I click the button it will upload all modified files to the connected site.

I tried CuteFTP Monitor local folder.. but every time it detects modified file, it connects, uploads and disconnect...

Is there a program that does it?
