Please could you folks have a look at my site and let me know what you think.
    http://www.junglenation.co.uk

I would just like to say that I'm looking into a new way of doing my navigation so that the site loads a bit quicker, so please no remarks on loading time.

Any comments besides that are more than welcome.

    Hi,

Nice animation, but the links at the bottom
are almost not readable (blue / black).
In 'What's on', what's the purpose of the
question 'Want the club Addresses?'. Just
give the address. Then the address is in
black on black !! I have had to select the
    text to see it !
I like The navigation on the top, but it
would be better if the current topic was
    highlighted.

    Hope this help.

    Regards,

    Christophe

    Web Jedi,

Interesting and visually very pleasing site

    1) the first thing I'd say is your links should be blue, but as the background is black you couldn't see them anyway, so I guess you've decided to sacrifice usability for a design that looks very slick.

2)I really like the flash at the start, but I don't think you need to loop it - once is enough.

    3) Saying please use IE4 on your front page is like saying "I can't write cross browser code" I used NN4.71 and it worked reasoanbly well - but then I wouldn't know if I was missing something because I didn't check it with IE - though I couldn't find the blue links that Cristophe referred to.

    4) When I went to the "talk section" I suddenly got a select box, which is a bit incongruous to the rest of the site design - it really detracts from the look of the page

    5) Your contact us is a mailto: it should go to a form

    6) Lastly I'd switch to a non-serif fonr eg verdana for the body text.

Hope some of the above is of use

    Dr Gonzo

I like the flash intro, but your main site took 30 seconds to load (on DSL)

    Hello,

I had no problems loading the flash (Cable).

    - The flash is done very well but it should just be played once and not infinitive
-> just add the action 'stop' at the end of the movie.

    - The tracker symbol should be at the bottom.

    - You should use a different font face. Times new roman doesn't fit with a 'cool' design as yours.

    Hope this helps

I like the flash intro, but inside the font and font size is just plain wrong. In addition, I had difficulty reading it due to its small size. I don't personally like frames, but some people do. Nice layout overall, though, and the images blend well with the text.

    - Flash intro is cool, but the tracker should be on the bottom.
    - Way too many buttons and load too slowly.
    - Frame is evil
    - I don't like the fonts used.

Thanks for your comments folks as they're all very welcome. I think I'll make the switch to Veranda for my font face and I'll remove the fixed pixel size (Can you use Font size tags in styles?) that I have used also.

I built my navigation using fireworks 2 but the problem I seen to have encountered is a biggy... Whenever I slice up something (i.e. The navigation) and export it using the wizard, the end result seems to be a rather complex table that takes ages to load when you put it on line.

Any suggestions on this matter would be greatly appreciated as this is what's causing my major headaches as far as the site goes.

    Cheers

    A few comments:

-The font of the navigation is hard to read
-The flash-intro seems a waste of time to me and suicide for anyone with a slow connection

    Nice design.
