How will i code to link a text to an swf file?

Update.... I have a text in ASP page like this....
Response.Write "To view high resolution fullscreen virtual tour. Please click here"
What i want to know is how will i code the "here" to link to my swf file and fullscreen?
Any help would be so much appreciated. I am kinda lost.
