IE [ok] , Mozilla [ok] , Opera not ok

Hi people, I'm having a little problem with opera and I can't seem to fix it.

There are currently 2 horizontale bars with at the end an anchorlink to the top.
The problem is that in Opera the anchor-image "topbar_right.gif" slides about 2-4 pixels lower then it should.

Anyone any idea what's causing this ?

    Thanks in advance,
    Siltrince.

Which version of Opera are you using and on which platform? Try using the latest version and see if that helps. Also, try it in different resolutions (800x600 etc..) and see if that helps. Cross browser is a real headache although the effort required to fix it may not be worth it considering how many people use Opera. Oh, well...good luck with it.

    Opera

    Version
    6.05

    Build
    1140

    Platform
    Win32

    System
    Windows 2000

Thanks for your reply Nickc, I realise not many people use Opera but I'm sure it's something stupid that's causing this to happen.
I'm pretty sure someone here has had this problem before

    Hi Siltrince,
try to remove HEIGHT parameter from parent TABLE.

P.S. Check the 15th line in your HTML 'cause i found double BODY tag.

    Problem solved

Thanks for the reply Gaspar, I changed the things you said and it didn't work. So I changed a few others things to and now it works like a charm.

I've put an extra image in the cell in the middle ( it was empty first )
and valigned them all to "top" apparently that does the trick .

    <td width="25" height="29" background="../layout/topbar_middle.gif" valign="top"><img src="../layout/topbar_left.gif" width="9" height="29" /></td>

    <td width="443" height="29" background="../layout/topbar_middle.gif" valign="top"><img src="../layout/topbar_middle.gif" width="1" height="29" /></td>

    <td width="46" height="29" background="../layout/topbar_middle.gif" valign="top"><a href="#top" class="top"><img src="../layout/topbar_right.gif" width="46" height="29" border="0" /></a></td>
