Just out or interest why does the page layout/design change so dramatically from the opening page to other pages.
If I were you I would keep the layout the same on all pages, it looks more professional rather than jumping about with your layout, it also make sit easier for the people looking at your site if they know they can always find the navigation in the same place.
Your problem with netscape was a missing </table> tag.

The reason the page changes when you click on a link, is because all I have right now are 3 test pages. I need help deciding which to use before I actually make the web site, but thanks!
Base layouts are a pain to decide on, aren't they?
Personally, the test.html page catches your eye more... I might suggest a couple of things on it.
First off, you've got a ton of dead space in that blue bar... I might suggest inverting the colors on your logo (logoo4.gif) and putting it on the lefthand side of the blue bar (so you'll have a white logo on the blue background). That frees up the space where your logo was to put a location name.
Without more content or links to look at, that's about the only suggestion I can make. The reason I choose the blue over the red is because the test.html looks more professional.
When I'm setting up layouts I come up with a base theme and do one or two variations on it for my site at the most. I also try to come up with a navigation structure that isn't completely degraded if I change a bit of the access to it.

The blue design looks more professional, but when I saw the second logo I thought I was reading something in Turkish!
I also liked how you included your clients on the right side of the red design. If someone is looking to find out about your previous work, they can look there quickly.
I also liked the red footer at the bottom of your first design. Try to incorporate ideas from both and maybe then you can find one you like
Difficult to choose. The blue color looks
more professional than the red color, but I
do prefer the 1st version:
- The logo is better, more readabe.
- I like the navigation bar on top & bottom
- I like the client column, but I would use
a different background color for this
column.
- for the left column, I would use images
(just as the second design) for the
main topics (About Us, Why...)
and it should be clickabe and lead to the
same page as the navigation bar.
I believe that you should add a few more
pages (Packages for instance) in order to
compare the navigation.
Please everyone, look again and tell me which design you like best. I want to hurry up and start on the page. I like 2 the best, but want to hear from all of you! Thanks
Most of those are pretty good. What kind of message do you want to send across? I would avoid the red one unless you want your site to look like a bloody mess. If you like it, change the colors to another color or one that is duller than that red.
The yellow and black one is my favorite, but choose another color besides yetllow, I don't like it.

It may be a bit late to get my vote in...but I vote for http://www.foakleys.f2s.com/k.html - I think if you add some more stuff on that blue bar it could look fantastic...easier on the eyes than the orange and red as well...
I like the last option the best myself. I would personally go with an off-white background though because I don't particularly like white. Maybe something in a pale slate.
