Cant connect to mysql

I resently got cable and tonite is the first nite that I have tried to use mysql through a form that was meant to create a new db,heres the error:

Warning: Access denied for user: 'motivated@localhost' (Using password: YES) in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs\test_db.php on line 30

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Access denied for user: 'motivated@localhost' (Using password: YES) in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs\test_db.php on line 30

Now I'm guessing that the password is wrong but I dont remember setting any password.Is there any way to change the password in WinMySQLadmin or anywhere else or is there anything else possibly wrong that some-one can pick up from the warnings.
