HTML edit box replacement

I found this and it's really cool, it's free too. Only works in IE but all you bright people out here can find a way to redirect other users to a standard form page

HTML Edit Box has more features.

Then there is also editize, by sitepoint - which has less features.

You don't need an API, you use it as a plain textarea.
Just submit it to the target page and request its contents like any textarea or textbox

Looks very cool! Sadly it's a paid product. I like the one htmlarea because it is free and i'm cheap

I like the image upload handling in it, however, there are two major issues with editworkspro. It's IE only and it gives FAR from good high quality XHTML - which Editize does in turn.

Agreed, but unless you absoltely MUST have those features, it's hardly worth the extra $107.
