Site took a bit to load, but once loaded I was pleasantly surprised.. I like the design, very clean and professional looking for newbie.

Only thing I didn't like was the color combo (orange and red)

Great design, but please make the DMR Consulting logo in the top left corner be a link to the main page.
Also "Contact us" should display a page with the company address, phone numbers and emails, instead of simply "mailto:webmaster@dmr.ca".

Your design looks pretty cool. The only bad part in your page is the site loading. Although I am using T1 it should load faster than that for a not too graphical site. Your javascripts menu makes it load slower, for what I think. I maybe wrong though.

The site did take some time to load but that could be at my end since I can never seem to get a decent connection. Once it loaded I did like the overal layout and design. Well laid out, good use of whitespace and easy navigation. I suggest that you implement a form for "contact us" though. DMR Consulting logo should be a clickable url. I would change the colors from red and orange to perhaps something along the line of blue. Being that I speak French I did review the site in French as well. The translation from English to French was well done.

The site look professional, and it didn't take long to load here in Belgium, but I would suggest in the menu's which appear when you move over an item with your mouse that there would be hands pointing to the links rather that just the arrow.

Outstanding site!

Unlike most eyerybody else, I thought the colours worked well. The site was well laid out and I found it loaded pretty quickly 14 sec (@48000bps). I found the navigation reasonably clear and just have the following minor suggetsions:
1) The blue banner at the top of the index page clashes - pick a better colour for it.
2)On the popup navigation the links need to separated better - perhaps by bullets or something, sometimes it was difficult to tell the links apart.
3)I agree with the above comment re "Contact us" you need to have more details.
4)I couldn't find a privacy statement.

I like the look. I know allot of people frown on frames, but I tend to like them and I like the way you set your frames. It was plesantly different. Load time was good and tonight I only seem to be connected at 45.3
