Just a couple of thoughts-
<UL TYPE=SQUARE>
<LI>You may want to change the navigation bar at the bottom to text hyperlinks. Many designers put a text alternative at the bottom in case the user has their pictures turned off, i.e. someone using a 14.4 or 28.8 modem.
<LI>You may want to be less technical on the quote page. My experiance has been that people generally don't know how many pages they need or what type of technologies. It's best to get an idea of what they want out of a web site and what kind of budget they have to work with. Then make recommendations on what you think would work best for their needs.

<UL TYPE=SQUARE>
<LI> Rethink logo - the fonts you used aren't too clear and hard to read, especially when placed on similar coloured backround.
<LI> Get rid of the mouseover buttons on bottom - place text links instead and maybe a year and company name again, e-mail to webmaster underneath.
<LI> The front lacks some life - I suggest a picture (at the left) collaborating with your theme "The site to die for..".
<LI> The quote page is OK - but you may want to consider direct links to pages that showing use of, for ex. DHTML, CGI applications. Why? Most of your customer will get confused there.
<LI> And... I should shout - CHECK FOR BROKEN LINKS - for ex, page http://www.jumpthru.com/network/mail.htm contains link from your local machine: file:///C%7C/My%20Documents/JumpThru/Sites/contact/index.htm under "Contact". This is very important.
<LI> Turn on your spell checker also.
</UL>
Learn a scripting language - The reason I say this is because I looked at the Fun and Free stuff page and every category is hard coded as a separate page. If the site were to be done using a database and scripting language it would be very easy to update which means you spend less time updating thus making more money for less work OR you can let the client do the updating and charge them a nice sum of money to set it up so that they can do the updating.
For an example of what I mean then look at the listings section of Lincs.co.uk.
I would also check your page load times on a 28.8 or 33.6 modem, on my 56k modem it took 20s to load the page and some of the mousover images were still not loaded.
I would also tone the site down a bit - 'Our recent masterpieces' - this sounds very cocky and believe me people do not like it. Especially business people.
I hope I haven't been to harsh but when you ask for a review I like to be honest.
I like that the site is fast loading. As I read other reviews, I sort of have to agree about the logo, maybe make the font color lighter. Otherwise, the site is fast loading, which is a plus, and has a good consistent layout.
only one problem, the contact page doesn't work for me.
The contact page should be working. If it isn't would you try again now. I just tested it and it worked fine. I updated the error above the contact page that said, "Our recent work." I will probably change the bottom links to text links, since most people say to do so. I just have to figure a way to make it look good, and not just some more text at the bottom. It seems everday there is one more error! Well, I am finishing up getting all the network sits up, and adding some sites to my portfolio. If you guys would like free hosting, (with a domain!) then check us out! We are looking for some more sites to put on the network. All you have to do is have a banner at the top. Anyways, thanks for all your feedback. Anymore anyone has would be great, as this is a exciting new adventure and everday brings a new challenge. Thank you everyone for your support!

First let me say that I like the clickable mouseovers on the top menu, really cool.
I would put the network hosting benefits on the same page as the network index page, that way your surfers dont have to click around to see what the benefits of hosting their site on your page are.
And something about the "Sites to Die For" slogan just didn't fit well with the web design scheme.
I hope this helps. Good luck!

Some possible inprovements though:
On your portfolio pages, what is the use of talking about sites that aren't up yet?
I suggest taking them away until you are able to show them. A small picture of the site you have designed is not too helpful, rather just put up a link to the page and a few words about it. AND A TESTIMONIAL FROM A FEW OF YOUR HAPPY CUSTOMERS WOULD REALLY ADD TO YOUR CREDIBILITY!
Also if I was a potential customer I would be interested where your company is based (if I feel like calling you - yes people still do that!) and maybe get the name of a contact person. Put up some more personal info on your "Contact" page and this will definitely add to your credibility as well.
(Making people trust you is the key to any successful business on the web!)
Good Luck!
