In the future please make more in-depth reviews. If a site seems unprofessional please state why and maybe a couple of suggestions for change. If the colors are off suggest a new color to go with their scheme. Posting short one sentence reviews doesn't do any of us any good.

Right off the bat it struck me as unprofessional, what with the weird buttonized on the far left, hit counter and picture background. Although it looks personal enough that the picture background can stay. I would recommend simple, black navbuttons that glow red (or something like that) when you place your mouse over them.
I'd also ditch the little email icon on the bottom, but considering what this page is about you only have a few small things I would suggest changing.
I have to agree with the suggestions thus far. I would also stress content.
In my opinion, content of a web site is what will draw people back. I would imagine there is a wealth of information available on scuba diving including your own experiances. For example -

A journal of your own adventures.

Reviews of the best and worst places to dive.

Interactive ocean(s) map.

Links of diving clubs and places to buy gear.
I would like to thank everyone on there comments. This kind of feedback gives me some idea on what people look for in webpages. I'm going to make some more changes, so when I get them updated feel free to comment more.
Hey, BJ. I've got two main things I noticed on your main page.
The first, and also most obvious (and rather annoying) is the pop-up ads! Normally I get turned off a site if it's got a single pop-up ad, yours (most likely because of the frames) has 3 (or was it four?).
Either way, you get the same ad four times which not only prevents you from reading anything worthwhile as the site loads, but you can't go to another window to read something there either. I really suggest trying to get rid of those.
Anyway, the second thing I noticed (although I dont know how many other people would see it) is that if you click and hold on the whitespace of your side, or top frame you can wiggle the content around by holding down the mouse button and dragging it around. I don't know how important that is, but it's certainly something to keep in mind. (PS, i use IE 5.01)
Other than those two things, the site looks good
The endlessly scrolling banner at the bottom could get distracting (as the movement catches your eye...) but I didnt find it was too bad.
