I am using mysqlfront but its development stoppped. Still good to use on windows
You can try MyCC from the developers of mysql... it's a nice GUI (and free).

you could use phpMyAdmin if you have access to php..

I tried MyCC - excellent to be able to work that easy with tables...
...but I had some problems when trying to change column types. Got a misspell in the code. Had to do it by hand.
But I'll try it more.
