Looking for a pagination plugin for multiple page posts

So I bought a top 10 website and want to do top 10 "This" top 10 "that" posts. But I want the user to click from page to page...that is each item is on its own page.

But creating 10 pages per article seems like a pain. Is there a plugin that will do this for me?

Here is an example of a post where it is split into 10 pages and you click thru to the next one and so on.

Sweet deal I will test this out and see how it goes. I am a little worried about the Page Titles, URL structure, and all that jazz. But thanks
