Will the new Member Status Titles be used when vBulletin is installed?

I'm glad you guys are making the switch, but it will likely mean the forums will have to shut down for a day or two...I don't know if I can take it!

    Hi,

I agree that titles should be made up.
The titles suggested so far are good, but i think Frequenter has to be changed. Does anyone have any suggestions for a new name?

If SitePoint forums do get closed for a day or two, I will not be able to survive. I read these at least once a day!

Hey make sure your boss doesn't catch you ;-)

I have an IE window with SP loaded open all the time... when I'm waiting on aanother site to load I refresh the SP front page, so I can see what new topics have been posted... But then again I'm only online for an hour a day

And about that Prince thing... I just saw one of his old hits on Top of the Pops 2 (TV Show) about an hour ago..... freaky!

I am allowed to use the computer lab/library after my class is done for the day (i teach a computer class) so i take advantage of a superfast cable connection.

In the evenings, I usually have a sitepoint window open most of the time I am online. I also usually have other necessities - E-Mail, FTP, HTML editor, IM tools, and a few other programs always open.

This has nothing to do with Member Status, but rather the prince thing that happened a couple days ago (I'm slow. It's summer.)

If Prince is *selling* music online in MP3 format, then what happens when someone buys it, and puts it in their music directory and hops on Napster? All it takes is one person to buy the songs and it'd be all over the internet. Or is he using a 'secure' music method? just wondering - it was a recent discussion with The Screen Savers (ZDTV).

BTW - Prince taped 'Purple Rain' in a studio I take classes at.

    John
