You may have to purchase the fonts, icons and templates separately. Then purchase an ecommerce script or make use of a free one.

Seems like you only look for download scripts. After you find one that you like you can niche the site to: templates, icons, etc

I doubt will there be a script for icons, fonts, template download. I know a site where you can download the icons. Similarly I know a website where templates can be downloaded. It is http://freedesignertemplates.com/
