    I prefer JetBain's PyChar by FAR: www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/

    But as a free alternative I'd look into aptana studio 3.0

    i was too recommended Aptana but not sure which version.I may be using the latest version .

    PyCharm as IDE. Framework - obviously django.
