From www.mydomain.com to www.MyDomain.com

Hi!
Can someone please tell me if there is an apache rule to rewritte www.mydomain.com into www.MyDomain.com?
I can't find any case sensitive related info over at apache docs and I've the feelling that it's done coding the full url path in every link, like:

<a href="http://www.MyDomain.com/nextpage.html">text</a>
