    getting newletters to AOL

I have an opt-in newletter but recently I am having a lot of trouble getting it through to my AOL subscribers. What can I do?

    What do you use?

You can probably find a company to host your list and offer customizable templates for HTML newsletters, which would work in AOL.

Could you give us more details? How do you know it isn't going through to AOL members? Make sure you avoid spammy words that could trigger filters ... such as: free, money, hot, deal, etc.

re the question how I know it isn't going through to AOL users, I use a Desktop server and it tells you what is sent is sent and in the last couple of weeks virtually none are going through to AOL on the first run.If I try a number of times at different times of the day sometimes I have success

Until recntly I was getting quite a few through to AOL but suddenly it has become worse. Some times it goes througn but often it doesn't . It varies even with the same newsletter. I never use the words I have seen mentioned in your articles like free etc.

Any ideas why this is happening?

recently AOL has been doin some kinda upgrade on their
end hence, alot of newsletter were gettin bounced from there..

I too had the same problem ....

but just as always check with your mail service provider
as to what the status is....

generally they would be able to help you out...

but AOL users are one pain in the ***..for sure
