A very good price for a very good configuration. Plus with Internap connectivity, you might be pretty fast in the network department.

However the price is very low and makes me wonder if it is sustainable in the long run with added overheads of support etc etc.

    Keep us updated.

I just read the thread..bare in mind you need to buy any additional control panels from the respective companies. A good price, but an additonal cost if you are looking to offer hosting.

    Good luck

He should be able to do everything he needs to do through Webmin. Granted it's not the best option and is actually downright hard, but sounds like he knows what he's up to since he has experience with RedHat. Not to mention Plesk is an option as well...

Yea thats why i got it, because it was a great deal and basically so i can goof around with it... I dont plan on hosting any sites with it unless it turns out to be a really good server, and in that case I wouldnt mind paying more for the control panels...

I'd be careful of these guys. I just checked their site and they are down. In the same post referenced over at webhosting talk, there is talk about them being down.

It sounds like a great deal. One I'd like. But I am being cautious.

    best regards,
    worksdev
