Poor Quality of the Image after exporting to .gif animation format

So i have tried to make a simple flash file which includes a text and a background image which i imported from my system.
here is how it looks like before and after exporting it to .gif animation file.

After using flash and exporting to .gif animation format

m no flash expert i barely know few things, so can any1 here suggest me wht m i doing wrong? or is there anything can be done to keep the same quality of my image and add the text or other animation at the same time?

The type of image you have here won't easily convert to a high quality gif as the colour graduations require a lot of colours, which works against gif's file main size reduction method. However, you will get better results by exporting from flash as an image sequence, then importing to photoshop and exporting to gif from there as it has far more comprehensive options for this output format.

I think you made a mistake while saving the file, change the option from optimized to original in save for web devices.
