Has googles recaptcha changed anything today?

Hey,

I am running jcow and just today I got a message say:

To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create

I have been running the script for at least 6 months and never seen this, nothing has been changed at all.
I also never had an account setup with reCAPTCHA and I had logged in earlier today without this...

Wondering if anything has changed so I now have to add this key/code somewhere?

For some reason this is only happening for a few people..I don't know why...

This is happening again but still nothing has changed on my site, is there any reason for it?
