I've seen worse. Actually, these are pretty good. Rackshack and Burst will beat the monthly cost, but with a much higher setup fee, and montly instead of one-time upgrade fees.

Ya.. if there is one thing I hate about rackshack its monthly upgrade fees.

I need more ram in my server but I am NOT paying $30 a month for it.

The reason they charge a monthly fee is because they know that with a more powerful server there is more chance of you using the full amount of included data transfer, especially when it comes to adding more RAM.

Their support is excellent... I talk to them all the time... So I think I will be going with the 135/month server from them...

I'd suggest going with the cheaper one and using the $50 you save on setup fees to get a second 40 gig hard drive. Great to have two hard drives, especially if you want to do backups. Nothing worse than a drive failure when you haven't back up recently. Unless you have a compelling reason for a faster processor, that's what I'd do.

Go with the dual pentium, then. That's a REAL man's server.
