    filezila client V filezila server

    I am using filezila client . but some times it's not work properly .
    Now i want to know What is the different between filezila client and filezila server ? Who is better to upload file in web server ? please help me .

    FileZilla client is used to connect to a web server, FileZilla server is used ~as~ the Web Server; you can't connect to other web servers with it, but you can connect to it with other clients.

    In other words, to connect to a web server, you need the client, the server is useless for that purpose.

    The basic difference between Filezilla client and server is this (taken from their help page):

    Thanks for your reply . so you suggest for filezila client . right ? last one question .. why it stop some time ? i am using file zila 3.3.5.1 . in windows 7 , 32bit .

    If you just need a client, winSCP is better than filezilla. can handle sftp too.
