users home folder..?

I am creating a temp user account on my server (win 2000) for someone to upload some files.

I want to specify which folder the user is taken to when they ftp to my site but I am not sure how to do it ? At the moment it takes them to the root of the C drive.. ? Also they can browse most of the folders...? I just want the login to take them to one folder and have no access to anything else.

Any ideas?

Presumably you have IIS running?

Right click default ftp site and set it up there.
