    Best paid VPN Service???

I'm considering also utilizing VPN through a paid service (in case something gets hacked). Which is best?

I know about Witopia and I know about Blacklogic...which is best of the two?
Are there other VPN services I should consider?

Of course I guess I could review all the reviews on My VPN Reviews
Anybody vouch for any of the services listed on this site?

I gotta ask cause you never know when a site like this is a paid ad site er something.

And, if using a good VPN service, is a firewall really necessary?
I'd also be running behind a router

Never used any of them. I used softwares like logmein, or juniper network connector but this is the first time that I've heard of any of these softwares.

It doesn't matter if you use a VPN, a firewall always give extra protection

What you can leave out is the proxy
Before asking, do a search... if you don't find the answer, then ask

So, if your ISP speed is higher, do you get better speed using a VPN?

If you're just after a VPN provider that won't sniff your packets and so you can encrypt your traffic then HideMyAss is a great option.

However if you're after something a bit more discreet with an option for double VPN (you -> vpn1 -> vpn2 -> internet) then openvpn.XX is a good choice.
Yeah, I doubt that I'd be interested in anything with a russian domain name...just knowing about all the fraud out of russia kinda turns me off

I have used Strong VPN and Hidemyass with both of them working very well, very fast. Had no problems with either.

Yeah, I'll probably try Strong VPN...if I go with hide-my-backside, my momma will probably want to put me in time out er somethin

Does the Strong VPN account allow for 2 computers to be online at the same time?

VPN is providing better security rather than Proxy and firewall. It encrypts all the data through safe channel.
I have tried FBVPN. It is a good service without paying any charges as it was free for 1 month if you go through bestvpnservice.

If you want a truly secure VPN setup, your best bet would be to rent a server somewhere (I suggest Seeland) and set it up to be your remote tunneling proxy.

Of course, you probably have stuff like a house, a car and a bank account, so they can still watch you.

Well, i think you must not consider only these two as there are many providers who are far more good and reliable from the these two. I tried IAPS which is the reliable and best paid vpn service in the industry. But the things is that its a bit expensive. Now, i switched to Hidemyass, because their service is quiet affordable and they are offering 6000+ IPs so i have a simple option of chabge ip in the dialer. I always switch around in between different servers ip.HMA is good
I have got so much information and help from a review website which is Bestvpnservice. They have made things very much clear so i will recommend everyone to check their website. They are really helpful
