    my website was copied

    the content from my website has been copied as it is on a different website. This guy was working for my company and later started his own Website . Just copied the entire content from the website.. how do i take action against him??

    First step is to send a copyright infringement letter, asking him to cease and desist
    immediately. Most of the time its enough to end the dispute,

    With someone who was working for your company stealing your content, your claims may go beyond simple copyright infringement. It may turn out that copyright infringement is enough, but you may also have claims such as breach of fiduciary duty.
