    Your 'navigation' (Ride,Slide,etc) on the homepage needs to change. It is a little bit of a headache to have all those images quickly scroll through, and with Javascript turned off it does nothing at all. I suggest using something like this:

    <script language="javascript">
    <!--
    if (document.images) {
    button066= new Image
    button00=new Image
    button01=new Image
    button02=new Image
    button04=new Image
    button05=new Image
    button06=new Image

    button066.src ="URL of your hover image"
    button00.src="Ride URL"
    button01.src="Slide URL"
    button02.src="Play URL"
    button03.src="Explore URL"
    button04.src="Relax URL"
    button05.src="Enjoy URL"
    button06.src="Pick a Villa URL"
    }// -->
    </script>

    <img src="HOVER IMAGE URL" VSPACE="1" BORDER="0" width="Width" height="Height" NAME="affiliates">
    <a onmouseover="document.affiliates.src=buttonnumber.src"
    onmouseout="document.affiliates.src=button066.src" href="URL">Ride</a>

    ...etc. It's a code that my friends and I use for affiliate links and buttons, which would include the naming. It'll look just fine with Javascript off, and it simple and not... dizzy.

    Also, since this is a business website, you need to make sure your English is correct. You missed proper puncuation, had run-on sentences, etc.

    I love the site. I'm no pro with design, but I'll say a few things:
    -The top grey menu items somehow need to fill that space
    -Be clear and concise. The message about the services you provide is tucked away in the bottom right and it took me a while to get to it. I'm not sure at first glance if your site is for people who are trying to find villas to rent, for people who want to rent villas, or both. If you were able to incorporate your primary message/service offering into the visually appealing part of your site in a clear and concise message I'd be impressed.
    -I otherwise love the clean design and pictures, and especially the "snapshots" of how many villas you offer in the different locales at the bottom of the page. That's a great service that makes the research process a little easier as a customer.

    I quite like this site, but here are a few suggestions:

    The overall appearance would be improved greatly with a nice looking logo, the current logo doesn't do the site justice.

    I'm not a fan of the colour scheme, mainly the green doesn't sit well with the other colours, I quite like the blue and orange colours.

    When you first hit the site, the images make you think it's advertising a theme park rather than villa's, this could cause an increase your bounce rate.

    On the home page, the only text that really tells me what the site is about is in the box titled 'Florida Holiday Villas to Rent', this should be more prominent with a larger font size as it's too hard to read.

    The design is nice.
    IMO, the logo could be nicer, it's not visible enough (IMO).

    There is a box, "Short list", that is sometime empty. Just hide it when it's the case.

    The box useful resources has a like for backpackers in thailand? It doesn't seems related to your content.

    I would change the navigation on the "detail page" of each villas (Where you see overview, gallery, map, etc.). A menu normally doesn't scroll on a page, it looks weird in my opinion. You could just "hide and show" a panel in javascript (not good for SEO) or just go to another page for each sections. Repeating the same menu 5 times in the same page is what looks weird.

    The description of that villa :
    Hollywood Themed "Hollywood Hideaway" 7 Bedroom Villa - &#187; Emerald Island Resort Community &#187; FloridaVillas192.com
    Is really too long. People won't read it.

    Overall, It's really easy to use, search. Good job!

    Cool! Since we are in similar businesses, I wanted to review a site like yours.

    One thing I would offer as a word of advice would be an online availability calendar. Would make it easier for your clients to search information for themselves and cut down on calls to you.

    Other than that, I like the flow of your site and think it is smooth to navigate.

    Really nice use of colours.

    My own personal preference is that Id look at changing the colour of the font that states "Advertise your Florida Villa today for free", maybe to what you have used as your logo colour which is orange with a white glow effect, make it stand out abit better.

    Navigation is easy to use and clean in design.

    A good all round site with just at look at font colour to make cerain lines/heading stand out better.

    All the best

    You website is looking good. It's nice and clean the thing i don't like on your website is link color. Might be changing of link color increase your website look or if you want to keep your link color green then try to make some changes of background color. Your website also lacking static content so write some content for your each product.

    Looks really good, I would book :-) Only comment is there is not much of a brand being displayed to the user which would build confidence and no favicon on the pages

    The light green colour for some of the links is too close to the white background to be able to read them easily. If you want to keep them in green I would suggest making is a darker shade of green so that there is a greater contrast between them and the background.

    Having the menus list how many villas are available in each section is a great idea. It will certainly make it easier for people - particularly if there are no villas in a particular category at a particular time as they will not need to click in order to see that there aren't any. You could ectend this concept further if you alloewed your visitor to enter the dates they require the villa for and then display the count of villas available within that date range.

    I'm using Safari 5.0.6 on OSX

    Overall nice style, though if anything, I'd go for a warmer colour scheme to reflect the reason most people go to Florida!

    I don't understand the search page, you've duplicated the search options in the left hand side and in the main panel, and they aren't even fully synchronised - selecting on the left doesn't affect the main panel and only some of the main panel selections updated the left hand side. The style of selection elements is much better on the left hand side than in the main panel - they are not the usual styles, so hard to figure out. And if you have a calendar selection, I think it is essential to have a calendar widget to do the selection - it doesn't even say what format to enter dates in as it is.

    I actually find the Search and Communities links a little confusing. I think it would be clearer to just have "Search" (without the drop-down options) and "All Villas" or "Locations" or "Browse" instead of "Communities".

    Finally, I'd make the logo a link to the homepage, as this is what it does on most websites.

    Hope this helps!
