    Vertical Lines In Dreamweaver?

Is there a way to create vertical lines in Dreamweaver? I know you can make horizontal lines but what about vertical?

I don't think that there's an easy way of doing it specifically through Dream Weaver. However, you can probably create the effect that you want using a graphic.

You could use a fixed-size graphic created in any graphics tool, however if you're ever likely to want to change the length of the line due to your page content changing, then it's probably easier to do it using a "stretched" graphic.

By that, I mean that you could create a graphic that's as wide as you want your line to be, but only one pixel high.
Then when you specify the <IMG> tag you can specify a height that suits you.

I'll knock up a quick demo to show you what I mean...

    ...back soon.

I see that you've used layers in your page.
I've never used them in anger, but I'm sure if you can do this in <yuck>frames</yuck> then you can do it in layers

What I meant was like this:
Andy's quick and nasty vertical bars page

    Hope it helps,

    Andy
