    Please Help

I am using MyISAM storage Engine on my Phpmyadmin on my localhost. What is the consequence if i transfer all my data from here to my remote server with phpmyadmin running on the INNODB storage engine.
    Is there any danger?

You can store the same data with any storage engine. The only consequence is a loss of storage engine specific features, like FULLTEXT indexes which MyISAM supports but InnoDB does not.
