what is this mean "--keep-session-cookies" ?

I am started to work on a new project and in the htdocs folder i am seeing something like "--keep-session-cookies". What is this means? does this block executing grep command?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but --keep-session-cookies is an option for wget
