    Hello,

Is there any software that can be used to screenshot a whole website?

I don't think so, but possibly .... www.alexa.com have thousands of screen grabs and I'd be surprised if they do it by hand .....

Could you clarify about what you mean in, "screenshot entire web site"? I recommend WinGrab for screenshots, if that's of any help.

It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me.

Yes, but using two keys on my keyboard to make a screenshot and optimize it is much faster and more convenient than having to hit Prnt Scrn, then opening an image program, pasting it, and then saving it.

Well, I meant: a software that allows you to spider ALL pages of a website, by taking screenshots of it. So in 1 click it should start taking screenshots of every page on my website.

I see what you mean, but I'm afraid there are no programs that'll do that ... if it's even possible!

Was thinking about this and wondering how www.alexa.com do it. I was wondering if, with a database and some ingenious use of Windows Task Scheduler you couldn't pull this off .... ?

Might be worth looking into controlling screen grabbing and the clipboard from Windows apps.

True, I see what you mean, but the difference is that Alexa only "captures" a shot of your index page, not the entire site which was desired. It's an odd task, for sure.

I didn't find any software to do that, but if you can enough time you can do this with almos any screen grabber - just run auto-capture in every X seconds [Hyper Snap have this option] and capture the self refreshing browser window [use 100% frame].
