    What is the difference ?

    I'll be taking database course soon, so I want to know about the differences between oracle, mysql, postgres, ms sql ?
    And which is better ?

    Each has their advantages and disadvantages, it depends how you will be using them and on what platform as to which is best.

    I will suggest to you that you do the oracle course now time using the oracle because when we will use security opportunities then else oracle will move the market.
