Well, it's been almost five months since I got a working account with it... and much like facebook I've logged in all of three times and said "Nothing here I give a flying fig-leaf about".
I dunno... I guess I just don't get the point of social networking... Where's the appeal of this stuff... Facebook, Google Plus... Twitter... I don't get it.
Maybe I'm just not that interested in my friends Farmville activity or something...
Personally, I think Google Plus is much better. But it seems that most People prefer to stay on Facebook, because their Friends are still there.
at this stage it’s very hard to predict if the Google plus vs Facebook competition will make sense. Because, social networking is a market that closely works on peoples’ psychology giving them a virtual world with an environment that they want. Google already has its social network Orkut, which has almost been ignored by many and it does not have any potential to grow. It’s still bit popular in India and a few other countries and it speaks all about it. Forget Orkut, even google has forgotten it now.

the best thing about google plus that I like a lot that it allow me to add Gif's and thats really kind of fun for me at least!
Google is genius creating this plan! All in one you have documents, email, social networking, mobile devices, etc. Part of this are all for advertising, to reach the people as remote as possible. And also will create a community for that will make users feel that anything is possible even if your in the end of the world.
From what I've seen of Google+, I think it'll come out with a bang, be popular for a bit, but then I'm not 100% it's going to last long.. I think people will tire of the same thing and just go back to and continue using facebook... That's just my opinion of the situation though.
i don't know but i don't like Google + actually i love my privacy and in Google + any one can add you any where so its quite unacceptable
Google+ is the next big thing. It will help business a lot especially with search. Google is really pushing Google+.
I really, really like Google+ the more that I use it, but I doubt whether they will be able to pull in enough of the general social media market share. Seems like right now the only people who use it are seo / social media dorks such as myself.
can it be a good marketing tool like Facebook?
I think the google +1 will be an important factor in the google search engine later. But i think they should someohw open it up for non gmail users, now only gmail users can vote. Perhaps thats an idea for the feauture,.. but then again asif google is reading here

To remove Facebook out of my mind, I need someone more exciting and useful. And unfortunately, Google + fails to do that.

I joined Google Plus but I rarely use it. I only have so much time to devote to Social Media and between here and FaceBook could easily take up my whole day if I let it. I have a lot of friends, with whom I connect, on Facebook and I'm not going to suggest that they all join Google+ to connect with me. Additionally, I subscribe to a bunch of Fan Pages that help me get the news about the world around me. So, to become really active in Google+ I would have to trade off some time from somewhere and I just don't want to do that.

@Shyflower - When the Google+ profile shows up in the google search, It adds all other Social networks underneath the such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr..
I personally think that its clever for business..
That is clever for business only if your customers try to find you via your Google+ profile. I would much prefer that they try to find me through my website.

True..true.
What if a customer can't remember the website name?
If they can't remember your website name, you're doing something wrong with your brand that Social Media just ain't gonna fix. Why would they not be able to remember your website name and be able to remember your Google+ profile. Besides that, how many of your customer's are web-savvy enough to know that they can enter your Google+ profile to find you anywhere?

Right, well I know that I've came across a time when I wanted to find a designer..I knew his name but didn't know the name of his website.. or even if his website still existed since it was long ago. It turns out that the designer started a studio and disbanded his personal website for the artwork.
And I'm not saying that someone will remember a Google+ profile and nothing else or that its the slightest bit better than remembering a website, but if someone searches my name on Google because of "word of mouth", I wouldn't mind my Google+ showing up with my Twitter, Flickr, LinkedIn.
I know most of what I'm saying is "What If" but just trying to think of all options.
Errr.... When is this being made publicly available on a wide release?

It has loads of easy to use applications and helps you easily manage your Google+ account. You also wish to make your Google+ experience even better.
Google plus is an effort by Google to compete with giant social networking website Facebook. Google is a big company and have potential to give a fair competition to Facebook but I don't think that Google Plus can takeover the market of Facebook.
Is google plus have any option to create business page or group?
