    Search Key Not Found?

    Hey guys,

    I'm getting a truly odd error:

    Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

    [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The search key was not found in any record.

    /admin/test/articles.asp, line 286
    Here's the offending bit of code (line 286 is bolded)
    [vbs]elseif action="editprocess" then
    SQL="UPDATE article SET title='" & request.form("title") & "',topic= " & request.form("topic") & " ,article_text='" & SQLSafe(request.form("article_text")) & "' WHERE title='" & request.form("hidden") & "'"
    ' response.write sql
    ' SQL="UPDATE article SET title='" & request.form("title") & "',topic= " & request.form("topic") & " ,article_text='" & request.form("article_text") & "' WHERE title='" & request.form("hidden") & "'"
    Con.Execute(SQL)
    response.redirect("articles.asp")[/vbs]

    [VBS]ElseIf action="editprocess" Then
    SQL="UPDATE article Set title='" & request.form("title") & "',topic= " & request.form("topic") & " ,article_text='" & SQLSafe(request.form("article_text")) & "' WHERE title='" & request.form("hidden") & "'"
    ' response.write sql
    ' SQL="UPDATE article SET title='" & request.form("title") & "',topic= " & request.form("topic") & " ,article_text='" & request.form("article_text") & "' WHERE title='" & request.form("hidden") & "'"
    Con.Execute(SQL)
    response.redirect("articles.asp")[/VBS]

    I think the problem is at [VBS]& "' WHERE title='" & request.form("hidden") & "'"
    [/VBS]

    just check to see if you have a hidden input name "hidden"?

    why not use the article ID instead of using the actual title?
