    1. on my first look the site seems to be a scam or at least it seems to sells a shady product.
    2. if you really have a good product you should try to differentiate yourself from the spam sites that sell magical stuff that doesn't exists.
    3. Other fitness trainers seem to give a lot of free info (regular text and videos on a blog?) to gain the trust of people. Your youtube channel is a good start

Your logo is a bit large, and so is your font, this seems to give the impression as stated above to make your site appear to be a 'shady' product, you also seem to rely heavily on the video which is dreadfully long and hard to sit through...

I really appreciate your feedback. Can you explain why it looks like a shady product?? This will be very helpful.

I agree with your #3. I need to add more free info. We have some (free videos) but not enough. I will keep working on the site.
    Please keep the feedback coming.
    Thank You.

Do you mean the video with the Doctor talking?

It's sales-y rather than educational. I like my medical info to be academic. Anything that sells its product with bonuses and prices ending in "7" yells bogus to me.

The video is choppy - right after they go out of focus it chops back to focus.

Sorry for being personal but it's really bugging me - the guy in the first photo under the video looks greasy. He needs to shave at a minimum. I'm not trying to slur him. It's a visceral reaction. I don't trust him.

Another personal reaction, I don't know if this is extensible to other viewers - the crowd shot at the bottom snaps me out of my suspension of disbelief. Like when you go to the movies and notice someone is acting. Rather than being in the movie you're watching them make a movie? I feel like it's saying: "We're a web site with something to sell, and we're overly happy about it rather than presenting actual value."

The site is clean. The fonts are nice. Good use of white space. I like the header. Lots to say but says lots well.

If you're trying to get people into the site through search engines I'd definitely look at the title tag. At the moment it's empty

    <title></title>

I'd strongly recommend you put your key words into that title.

When I see this kind of a layout, I just close my browser's page. I have NO TRUST in this type of sites. And having something play on the site as soon as I hit it, makes me look faster for that x button. Not a site I'd like to have to deal with.
