Please review my web design

I would be grateful if you could tell me what do you think about my designs, and most importantly what do you think is wrong and should be changed

Did not get what is this page about, no impression about site's mission. It it is a social network for students - then make it clear. At least I had no temptation to think about visiting such site for a second time. Registration, privacy, login - I have no use of them if nothing is explained on the first page (unless you are Facebook/Gmail...).
Black background+dark blue button with dark text --> bad decision. Hard to read.
Second image: header is not too good, in my opinion. It was hard for me to fing embossed "UGT" at the header. As I am not professional, it is hard to decide whether light green on a blue background is bad. For me, it does not fit.
As for Facebook (academic FB?) clone - more light colours, more interaction, more readibility and more explanations what this website is for.

As I see the design is incomplete and need a lot of improvements. I suggest you to make it more simple. Your front page must have more details

This is my first review in this website.
What i like?
Layout good.
Background color ok.

What i don't like?
Logo is bad You need to make it better.
Inner color look dull.

not liking the front page.. when I use my mouse scroll wheel the images jump and one even ducks behind the like frame work. I think that page needs to be more exciting. That is my humble view.

I agree with the other posts. I would start over. The layout is confusing and poorly designed.
