    You do not have access to that database ()!

    hi

    I am trying to download a backup file from cpanel. The SGBD is MYSQL

    Files>Download/Upload and i choose database.

    the download is done, but when i try to open the sql file i received

    You do not have access to that database ()!


    what is the problem? i don't have access to the mysql console

    And another question: how i can made an automate backup in phpmyadmin?

    you have to recreate the user of database to exported and for auto backup you can use cmd script to create backup see this post
