Error in an Classic Asp Application

Hi everybody, i'm with a problem in an asp application, can you guys help me ?

My question is... This is the massage i'm getting

Just to make clear, NtxLib19 is a Library we use with some functions. We have done all the IIS configuration process, ODBC and COM stuff but we steal get this error.

Do you guys have some clue of what this message means ?

"NtxAtualizacao" is the dll's name.
