Uninstalling xampp

So I installed xampp twice because I thought I uninstalled it. I downloaded wamp. Now I can't use wamp at all because pc port 403 I think. How do I completely get rid of xampp completely so I can start working with wamp and wordpress?

What OS? In Mac just delete the XAMPP folder from applications.
