    watermark / background

I'm thinking of adding a watermark as a background image to a page. The page is part of a frameset what splits the page into 2 horizontally. The page which I'm planning to apply the watermark on has the content in a centering set of nested tables. Here's the site so you know what I mean.

The challenge for me is to position the watermark on left of the text in the middle frame but the image should more or less position itself proportionally as well if the site is viewed at anything higher than 800 x 600 (I designed it for that).

My first idea is to use CSS to position it but I can't work out how to make the watermark position itself at higher resolutions.

Is there another and better way of doing this?

Use JavaScript to get the window size and use this info to dynamically position the image in a layer.
