Is there any other conversion tool as found here..
Convert PSD to Wordpress with Divine. Convert Photoshop to Wordpress theme

because the above tool has got some limitations.
Nevermind if any converter of html to wp theme is also available.

The main limitation with ALL such tools is that there is no way to tell from an image what the correct semantic tags to define the content will be. You need to analyse the actual content to work out what the content is in order to wrap it in the appropriate semantically correct HTML tags.
