Question Hide A Post From Blog

I am trying to display a blog post on the main page.the problem is the same post is under blog also (duplicate content).

How can i hide from displaying inside the blog but appears on the main page under home? (I will only display one blog post under Home 'sticky" the rest will go under blog page)

    or

How can I just add a content only under Home?

    thank you

Why don't you just insert the blog content that you'd like to appear on home into a page. Then set that page as the default content under settings.

If you're worried about being hit for duplicate content by Google you could create a canonical relation. Official Google Webmaster Central Blog: Specify your canonical

Well first you need to create the new page and paste your content into it. Then set that page as the default: Creating a Static Front Page WordPress Codex
