Photo Showcase: Make a farm animal out of food

Ok, so some might call this grasping at straws but I like to think of it as absolute stupidity all in the name of a laugh.

The photo showcase has been losing popularity over the last few months so I have had to pull out the big guns.

I want you to make a farm animal out of food, photograph it and post that photo here.

I am even going to offer up a SitePoint I <3 HTML coffee mug to the best animal.

I'll be making and posting mine any time now.

Does that include animal feed or does it have to be human food? I've done many 'vegetable animals' in the past for competitions but not using a variety of food.

The sound of winning those legendary "I HTML, coffee mugs" sounds very enticing.

Can I eat food like a farm animal instead, and photograph my self? Would I have a chance at winning?

    Off Topic:

Ken, I suspect you can. Because Mentors are not eligible to win the "I HTML" cup - as far as I know - you are now SPF Staff.

But you'd be able enter a photo "just for fun" so if you still want to enter something cool and take a photo that is still good.

Anyway, you better all start getting busy as I suspect Sarah wants to see a whole farmyard full of animals (made from food) by the end of the photo competition.

Just kidding. I'll see what I can do, but I'm afraid I'll have to skip this one.

Any food counts - animal or human.
Mentors aren't technically staff so they are eligible to enter.
In fact, I'm going to be generous and say that Advisors and TLs can enter this one.

Nice Sandwich Ken, full of tasty animal craziness concept but remember to take out the cocktail-sticks before you eat it.

    Nice Bananaman!

This is one of the most truly off the wall requests. Some disturbed genius action on this one HAWK. I think you might deserve a "HAWK FTW" for this.
And that's saying something, I avoid FTW like the plague. I prefer CAMS (check and mate, sucka!)

    HAWK FTW.
    This thread; CAMS.

Cauliflower body, beetroot head, raisin ears, mushroom-stalk legs.

This may be a too good opportunity to let it pass... finally you will recognize that I am a genius! (I don't know exactly why but I am sure that I am )

This thread was looking a little lonely... At the moment I don't have any materials really suitable for a mainly vegetable animal at home. As I was wasn't going down town to buy the right vegetables I just used what was available.

So I just spent less than 10 minutes and created: Sarah the Sheep.

Anatomically it's not that correct but I hope it provides some amusement. In the second shot she is feeding on some corn pellets - cow nuts in fact.

Food is food, no need to use just vegetables.
What a cute sheep. Where did I hear that name before...

What did you use for those beautiful blue eyes?

Polo mints: Polo (confectionery) - Wikipedia I would have preferred blue Smarties Smarties - Wikipedia but haven't been anywhere near the larger shops or I would have done some more animals.

Hmm. HAWK, I realise you have four very outstanding photo entries of animals ranging from; sheep to chickens and even a horse to build up this small SPF menagerie.

So I know it will have been a tough decision judging them... Though can I ask Sarah if you have come to a conclusion regarding to whom has won this competition and the "I HTML, coffee mug" as you gave your word on?

Because I'd personally like to "congratulate" them. Regarding their; effort and achievement, artist merit, enthusiastic SPF community participation and general 'give-it-a-go' spirit towards entering this 'fun competition'.

However, I am at a loss in that respect because so far, I haven't seen evidence of a winning animal/member being announced yet. Thus would it be possible you could please give a date or something if you haven't already informed them?

So that I can publicly congratulate them here for their creative efforts and competitive spirit, etc.

    Thankee
