    HTML builders working with XSL

I'm not sure if this is really the best place to go with this, but it seemed more appropriate than the XML forum. Sorry if I annoy anyone.

Anyway, I'm a programmer who works with a guy who is a designer/static HTML builder. I love the theory of seperating data and presentation using XML and XSL. But, my designer who is really good with HTML uses a WYSIWYG tool (GoLive or Dreamweaver) to build. These tools have basically no support for XSL (to my knowledge).

So, I can generate XML data with absolutely no problem, but how can my designer create the XSL templates in a 'comfortable' (ie. WYSIWYG) environment?

    The questions are:

    1. Can/Should HTML specialists use xsl productively?
    2. How can XSL be used with these major WYSIWYG tools?
    3. Are there any other XSL tools for design-oriented people?

Again, sorry if I'm in the wrong place...

    Thanks,
