    Hi. I am new with CMS. I really want to develop my own website by use CMS.
    But I don't know where can i start with it?
    So I really need help.

    Are you familiar with Joomla?

    Yes I used to learn Joomla, but just a very very short time.

    Language doesn't matter! I think its better to try with word press before you going for Joomla, because Joomla is little bit difficult for the beginners.

    Wordpress is indeed easier to handle for "noobies", but learning Joomla won't be superfluous. If you decide to start using Joomla (quite better) instead of the WP, I can recommend you an article - Get the Best of Your Joomla Website – Onsite SEO Tips. I think the basics shown are going to help you with Joomla and with the process of making it more search engine friendly. I`ve personally tried the tips and they`ve made my work a lot easier.
