When I need to make an image high as the <td> height, in IE the height="100%" attribute works fine. However it doesn't in Netscape and Opera. How can this be done to work in these 2 browsers? maybe with css....

Which versions of Netscape and Opera? Netscape 4.x is RADICALLY different from Netscape 6 & 7.
