What's a better database for a small 'for sale by owner' real estate site?

I want to make a website like OKHomeseller - Okanagan Real Estate, Kelowna Real Estate, Vernon Real Estate, BC Real Estate, Kamloops Real Estate, Thompson Okanagan Homes for Sale by Owner

Should I use mysql and php?

Or would the free version of SQL express have enough memory
to allow 100 or 200 homes?

Is there any other databses that are free or cheap and would work with dreamweaver MX?

200 homes would be trivial -- 200 million homes might be something to start thinking about

any of the popular database systems can do the job, but because of the availability of information and resources, not to mention skilled people, mysql is probably your best bet
