    Scrollbar control

I'd like to know how to modify the scrollbar position of an HTML element.

For exemple, I have a fixed size DIV with overflow:auto, and I want to set the scrollbar position to the beginning, after doing some changes to the contents of this DIV. Is this possible?

If anyone needs more concrete info, I'll try to describe the exact situation I'm having trouble with.

    Thanks in advance,

The IE DOM exposes the doScroll method which can be used on objects with overflow:auto

Thanks! I guess this means that there is no way to do it using standards. :/ I found a weird solution that will fix my problem, but the IE method might be a good solution for future occasions.
